At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Manager Material Supply, ensuring the proactive availability of materials for complex products. As part of a transnational team, you will supply all civil and military production lines – from individual part manufacturing to final assembly.

Responsibilities


  • Material availability: Ensure material availability through anticipatory procurement of the responsible material spectrum
  • Rapid and immediate procurement: Independently carry out quick and immediate procurement actions
  • Supplier management: Including collaboration, capacity checks, and negotiation of delivery times
  • Quality issues: Address and resolve quality problems within the procurement area
  • Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate with strategic procurement, quality assurance, logistics, program management, and engineering
  • Process optimization: Support projects to improve the supply chain regarding lead times and costs
  • Problem-solving: Resolve typical challenges along the procurement process, such as overdue invoices or blocked orders


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical training, at least to the level of Technician / Certified Business Manager
  • Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement, as well as logistics and supply chain
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and customer-oriented thinking
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
