Responsibilities


  • Aircraft On Ground Situations actively solved by managing the flow of materials
  • Procurement Processes defined and optimized with suppliers for critical requirements
  • Material Requirements communicated to suppliers, orders placed, deliveries tracked, and delays analyzed
  • Recovery Plans developed for delivery delays and their implementation monitored
  • Supply Chain Performance continuously monitored and evaluated in day-to-day operations
  • Customer Communication conducted with internal stakeholders regarding order status and progress
  • On-call Service undertaken as part of the standby duty


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering or a technical course of study, at least Bachelor's degree – alternatively training as a technician or specialist manager in the field of Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Several years of professional experience in disposition/material procurement, customer service, and supply chain/logistics
  • Advanced application skills in SAP, experience with Google Workspace advantageous
  • Business fluent English (at least C1), proficient French, proficient Spanish; German advantageous
  • CV in English required
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style, pronounced communication skills, confident and competent communication as well as quick comprehension
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
