Responsibilities
- Process optimization: Develop temporary workarounds to secure production rates and ensure auditability
- Improvement initiatives: Contribute to short-term measures such as area management or capacity planning
- KPI analysis: Understand and analyze existing key performance indicators to proactively correct deviations in material flows
- Team leadership: Lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) regarding improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate internal and external customers as well as suppliers
- Quality monitoring: Monitor compliance with logistics process and quality standards on the shop floor
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, business administration, or supply chain / logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management as well as supply chain / logistics
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement process (CIP), project management, and process management
- Proficient use of SAP R/3; knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
- High communication and teamwork skills, independent working style, and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
