Responsibilities
- Performance Measurement: Collect, consolidate, and analyze relevant key figures to evaluate corporate performance
- Performance Management: Moderate stakeholder exchange on performance data and conduct root cause analyses
- Decision Support: Develop well-founded recommendations for action for strategic and operational management
- Improvement Projects: Identify potential and define and initiate projects to achieve performance targets
- Data Analysis: Evaluate complex data and prepare it into understandable reports and presentations for various levels
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace, International Management, or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the Airbus Helicopters environment
- Relevant experience in the supply chain environment or in performance management
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills, high intercultural competence, and confident demeanor
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
