Tasks
- Monitoring and controlling of purchase orders from placement to delivery, with a focus on inventory optimization
- First point of contact for suppliers regarding corrective and preventive actions in case of delivery delays
- Participation in supply chain projects in direct coordination with internal interfaces and external suppliers
- Ensuring efficient information flow between suppliers and production
- Working in an intercultural environment with a focus on aircraft seat systems
- Gaining insights into various manufacturing technologies and their impact on delivery processes
- Maintaining and developing supplier relationships at the operational level
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Several years of professional experience in supply planning / material procurement, warehouse logistics, line side support, supply chain / logistics as well as strategic and operational purchasing
- Experience in the Airbus environment is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
- Fluent in German and English (min. C1) – French language skills are a plus
- CV must be submitted in English
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
