Responsibilities


  • Material flow management to resolve Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) situations
  • Procurement processes: Analyze urgent requirements and develop creative solutions
  • Supplier management: Communicate demand, place and track orders, and analyze delivery delays
  • Logistics processes: Definition and negotiation with suppliers as well as performance optimization
  • Supply chain performance: Regular monitoring and contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Internal communication: Continuous exchange with internal customers about order status and progress
  • On-call service: Participation in the on-call service for time-critical procurement


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Technology or Supply Chain / Logistics (minimum Bachelor, Technician or Specialist)
  • Several years of professional experience in disposition/material procurement, supply chain/logistics and customer service
  • Deep SAP application knowledge
  • Business fluent English (at least C1), proficient French and Spanish, German skills advantageous
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • CV in English language required
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented work as well as pronounced communication skills and quick comprehension
