Responsibilities
- Material flow management to resolve Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) situations
- Procurement processes: Analyze urgent requirements and develop creative solutions
- Supplier management: Communicate demand, place and track orders, and analyze delivery delays
- Logistics processes: Definition and negotiation with suppliers as well as performance optimization
- Supply chain performance: Regular monitoring and contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Internal communication: Continuous exchange with internal customers about order status and progress
- On-call service: Participation in the on-call service for time-critical procurement
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Technology or Supply Chain / Logistics (minimum Bachelor, Technician or Specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in disposition/material procurement, supply chain/logistics and customer service
- Deep SAP application knowledge
- Business fluent English (at least C1), proficient French and Spanish, German skills advantageous
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English language required
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work as well as pronounced communication skills and quick comprehension
