At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will work as a Systems Integration & Test Engineer at the interface between development and flight testing. You develop and validate test strategies for complex avionics systems – from test bench to aircraft – thus directly contributing to the safety and reliability of modern aerospace systems.

Responsibilities
- Test strategies for avionics systems, defining verification methods
- Test cases and automated scripts in programming languages such as Python or C/C++
- Data analysis to identify deviations and solve complex system problems
- Test bench development by contributing to the definition of requirements for the next generation of test facilities
- System verification at test bench and aircraft level in the field of avionics integration
- Documentation and reporting of test results that directly impact flight safety
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's degree or Diplom in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Good knowledge of avionics systems; experience with mission systems, datalinks, or sensors is an advantage
- Experience in integration and testing activities is a plus
- Programming skills, ideally in Python, C/C++, or ATL
- Business fluent English (at least C1); good command of German is advantageous
- ISTQB certification is desirable
- Analytical thinking, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
