The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.05.2027. Responsibilities
- Requirements Management with DOORS: Analysis and definition of system requirements (SRD)
- Test Planning: Development of test plans for development and formal tests (certification and qualification)
- Test Execution: Execution of integration and qualification tests in the laboratory as well as re-tests with suppliers
- System Architecture: Development of interface definitions to other systems such as mission management, cockpit, or avionics
- Test Evaluation: Assessment of test results from laboratory, ground, and flight test campaigns
- Validation: Definition and validation of various test means such as mission data
- Process Optimization: Support in finding agile and lean ways to perform engineering activities
- Technical Reviews: Support of technical milestone reviews
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Electronic Warfare system integration and requirements management
- Experience with mission or electronic warfare systems (sensors, countermeasures, avionics) or related fields such as radar
- Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of system development processes (e.g., DPA-ABD200) is a plus
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German language skills are a plus
- Team player, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
