Responsibilities


  • Office Organization: Independently monitor and coordinate mail flow and appointments
  • Document Management: Maintain and optimize office filing systems and classify documents
  • Material Management: Manage office supplies, place orders, and obtain signatures
  • Communication: Handle correspondence for supervisors and the team, including in English
  • Visitor Support: Receive and attend to guests
  • Event Planning: Prepare and organize meetings, workshops, and travel
  • Secretarial Tasks: Provide information to internal and external parties


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (at least vocational training)
  • Several years of professional experience in secretarial work or as an assistant
  • Experience in schedule and travel coordination, minute-taking, and document management
  • Proficient user skills in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, structured and reliable way of working
  • High level of teamwork, resilience, flexibility, and discretion
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
