Responsibilities
- Assembly and commissioning of complex helicopter systems
- Perform system tests, including upgrades, modifications, and retrofits
- Conduct troubleshooting during system tests and fault rectification on the military NH90 helicopter
- Plan and perform inspections and document them in the customer system SASPF
- Create technical documentation, including discrepancy reports (AFTO22/29)
- Maintain work documentation and operate the planning tool PPC
- Provide technical guidance and training to assigned personnel and monitor work progress
- Log Card Management and maintenance of aircraft documentation
Qualifications
- Completed technical training, at least to the level of a certified technician or technical business manager, or a successfully completed technical degree with relevant additional qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrical systems, electrical engineering/electronics, aerospace, quality assurance, and technical documentation
- Additional training as a Certifying Staff with EASA Part-66 basic modules for CS-CAT B2 and B2 type training according to DEMAR 147 on the NH90 weapon system
- Completed on-the-job training and a valid Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence (MAML)
- Knowledge of Bundeswehr-specific regulations, military air law, and the Bundeswehr SAP system "SASPF"
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- Reliable and quality-conscious work ethic, teamwork skills, and a strong quality awareness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
