Responsibilities
- Test rig operation: Ensure reliable operation of avionics test rigs, real-time systems and simulation environments
- Tester support: Actively support and advise users in the utilisation of test environments
- Fault analysis: Investigate and rectify faults in the test environment to quickly restore test capability
- Documentation: Maintain and update specific test environment documentation and related processes
- IT infrastructure: Monitor the operation and administration of the supporting IT infrastructure for the test rigs
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems; initial experience as a test rig support engineer is an advantage
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; Linux skills are mandatory
- Knowledge of the programming languages Python and/or C++
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working as well as very good communication skills in an international environment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
