Responsibilities
- Planning, procuring, and commissioning of operational resources and shop floor equipment (e.g., standard tools, tool sets, operational equipment)
- Modifying and optimizing existing operational resources, including documentation and tracking
- Analyzing existing solutions and initiating further developments to systems/standards
- Supporting and advising internal customers on the selection, use, and standardization of operational resources
- Coordinating with departments such as Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure smooth implementation
- Ensuring standardized processes, including an understanding of costs and processes
- Contributing to a stable supply for the shop floor (availability, suitability, standards)
Qualifications
- Technical vocational training in metalworking, sheet metal fabrication, or a comparable field
- Additional qualification as a state-certified technician in mechanical engineering, master craftsman, or comparable
- Initial professional experience in the planning/procurement of equipment or comparable tasks
- Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured approach
- Proficiency in common office software and general computer skills
- Strong understanding of standardized processes and business contexts
- Good German and English language skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
