Responsibilities

  • Processing quality incidents, including assessment, documentation, and follow-up
  • Conducting root cause analyses and deriving appropriate corrective actions
  • Defining, managing, and monitoring corrective actions, including effectiveness verification
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes across relevant interfaces
  • Applying lean principles to drive sustainable improvement in the operational environment
  • Ensuring the implementation and sustainability of agreed-upon improvements
  • Creating meaningful reports and documentation in SAP and common tools


Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training with further education as a technician or master craftsman
  • Experience in project work or project management is desirable
  • Proficiency in common office software, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SAP
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a structured and independent manner, and a high degree of initiative (hands-on approach)
  • High resilience, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a team with good interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
