Responsibilities
- Processing quality incidents, including assessment, documentation, and follow-up
- Conducting root cause analyses and deriving appropriate corrective actions
- Defining, managing, and monitoring corrective actions, including effectiveness verification
- Analyzing and optimizing processes across relevant interfaces
- Applying lean principles to drive sustainable improvement in the operational environment
- Ensuring the implementation and sustainability of agreed-upon improvements
- Creating meaningful reports and documentation in SAP and common tools
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training with further education as a technician or master craftsman
- Experience in project work or project management is desirable
- Proficiency in common office software, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SAP
- Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Analytical thinking, the ability to work in a structured and independent manner, and a high degree of initiative (hands-on approach)
- High resilience, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a team with good interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
