Tasks

  • Commercial support for customer orders in the area of MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul)
  • Preparation and evaluation of offers, calculations, invoices, and post-calculations
  • Planning and management of project controlling, including kick-off and review meetings
  • Maintenance of customer relationships and performance of customer satisfaction analyses
  • Interface function with internal departments such as design or work preparation
  • Supporting contract implementation and external service procurement
  • Assisting with capacity planning and resource management
  • Responsible for on-time delivery, agreed offer quality, and cost control

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business administration, alternatively:
  • Completed commercial/technical training with further training as a technician/technical business economist plus relevant additional qualifications
  • Many years of professional experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in the areas of project management, contract management, costing, controlling, and customer service
  • Experience in the area of MRO processes, ideally with H135/H145 knowledge
  • Confident use of SAP and sound knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
