At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Technical Assistant at the heart of aircraft final assembly. You coordinate the digital workflow, manage complex schedules, and are the central point of contact for the management team – thus contributing directly to ensuring a smooth production process.

Responsibilities


  • Digital Workflow: Continuous optimization of collaboration and ensuring a smooth flow of information to all relevant interfaces
  • Schedule Management: Holistic coordination of complex meetings, prioritization of incoming requests, and structured agenda planning for the department management
  • Interface Management: Central point of contact for the management team, the assistant colleagues, and adjacent partner departments with clear communication
  • Process Optimization: Proactive support in preparing meetings, tracking actions, and active participation in continuous improvements
  • Organizational Support: Forward-thinking work and holistic overview of standard and special appointments for the entire department


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an Office Management Clerk, IT Systems Clerk, or comparable technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in commercial administration or secretarial/assistant roles; experience at Airbus is an advantage
  • Proficient use of SAP and Click´n Buy (BySide); good knowledge of Google Workspace and project management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Strong organizational talent, multitasking ability, and pronounced communication skills
  • Independent working style, discretion, reliability, and flexibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
