Responsibilities
- Technical specification for the CFT procurement process (Call for Tender) for spare parts, including all required parameters
- Production parameters as well as storage, transport, and interchangeability requirements for suppliers
- Audit support regarding airworthiness in cooperation with authorities and internal departments
- Inventory analyses (Keep-or-Scrap) to optimize stock levels across countries
- Supplier support in the industrialization of manufacturing processes
- Regular participation in meetings with cross-functional teams for alignment and coordination
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, a technical field, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, manufacturing engineering, production planning, or process planning
- Experience in civil aviation and with CA documentation is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- High level of commitment, resilience, and independent working style
- Strong teamwork skills, communication strength, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
