Responsibilities
- Technical Problem Analysis: Identify, analyze, and independently solve recurring manufacturing problems
- Process Optimization: Improve work results through joint planning, production control, and process design
- Shopfloor Support: Achieve company goals in the manufacturing area as part of the Autonomous Production Team
- Continuous Improvement: Ensure and continuously optimize operational processes
- Quality Management: Resolve non-conformities in ongoing production regarding design and technical regulations
- Documentation: Create non-conformities and research drawings, parts, and documentation in IT systems
- Remaining Work Coordination: Document and commission unfinished work at the construction site or on aircraft sections
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, machine fitter, or mechatronics technician with at least a technician/master craftsman qualification OR completed degree in aircraft construction, aerospace engineering, or mechanical engineering with at least a technician/master craftsman qualification
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, disposition/material procurement, manufacturing/production, production planning/control, or line side support
- Proficient use of SAP, Catia V5, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, and zamiz
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
- Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and persuasion skills, as well as assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
