Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and integration of composite parts and sub-assemblies for major assemblies using manual and automated processes
- Composite material processing from material preparation to finishing, including laminating, draping, and forming
- Application of specialized processes such as prepreg, resin infusion, and resin injection
- Vacuum systems and curing: Setup and testing of vacuum systems and operation of autoclaves and ovens
- Finishing and repair of components after demolding
- Quality control (Level 1) and ensuring full traceability of all work steps
- Occupational safety: Strict adherence to all health and safety regulations in the workplace
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a boatbuilder, aircraft mechanic specializing in production technology, in a wood or metalworking trade, or as a process mechanic for coating technology
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in aircraft construction
- Initial application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and on weekends
- Quality-oriented and responsible work ethic, teamwork skills, and focused, independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
