Responsibilities


  • Laminating CFRP and GFRP components using carbon‑ and glass‑fibre composites
  • Vacuum Setup for processing plastic components, prepared independently
  • Fine‑Cleaning & Grinding resin and component edges to precise dimensional tolerances
  • Material Logistics including ordering, commissioning and documentation of parts
  • Documentation of all work processes and non‑conformities according to quality standards
  • Tool Operation of lifting and hoisting equipment as well as transport of working materials
  • Maintenance of operating equipment and their regular servicing tasks
  • Team Coordination through flexible readiness for deployment at various construction sites


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Carpenter or Plastics‑ and Rubber‑Technology Process Technician
  • Several years of professional experience in plastics‑ and rubber‑technology
  • Experience in building vacuum setups and laminating CFRP‑ and GFRP‑components
  • Knowledge in operating lifting‑ and hoisting equipment as well as material commissioning
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3‑shift system as well as flexible deployment readiness
  • High quality awareness, quick comprehension and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
