Tasks

• Manufacturing and processing of individual parts and assemblies made of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics) and GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastics) composite materials
• Laminating, aligning, grinding, and assembling fiber composite components
• Preparing components for the autoclave process and integrating them into existing structures
• Using various tools and fixtures for processing components with complex geometries
• Performing quality inspections and preparing workpieces directly at the workstation
• Conducting regular maintenance on production equipment
• Recording working hours and labor input in SAP

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, as a mechanic specializing in CFRP/GFRP composite materials, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience working with fiber-reinforced composites is a plus
• Detailed knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
• A high level of reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
• Strong resilience, organizational talent, as well as coordination and integration skills
• A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (no student visa)
