Responsibilities
- CNC Programming as well as setup and operation of conventional lathes and milling machines for producing complex individual parts and small batches
- Technical Drawings and 3D models interpretation and independent derivation of manufacturing steps
- Tool Selection and optimization of machining parameters for maximum precision and efficiency
- Quality Control execution during the manufacturing process, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality
- Process Optimization through error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as continuous improvement of manufacturing workflows
- Machine Maintenance and tool care to maintain operational readiness
- Manufacturing Documentation of all relevant parameters and results
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a turner, milling machine operator, or machining mechanic
- At least several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production, ideally with complex individual parts
- In-depth knowledge of programming (G-Code) and operation of CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines for single-part manufacturing
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and 3D models
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English (at least A2)
- Independent, structured working style, high quality awareness, and team skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
