Tasks

  • Provide technical advice on aviation certification and regulatory requirements (e.g. EASA Part 21, CS-25, RTCA DO-160)
  • Classify design changes and repairs in accordance with EASA Part 21A.91
  • Prepare, coordinate, and review compliance documentation to ensure both authority and customer requirements are met
  • Plan and support qualification and certification tests, including result analysis and reporting
  • Monitor adherence to customer-specific certification procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align certification activities

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or mechanical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in aerospace
  • Extensive experience in component verification and qualification
  • Knowledge of project management as well as cabin-specific construction regulations and aviation law
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Catia V5
  • German language skills (at least C1), English language skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Resume in English required
