Hamburg
The largest Airbus site in Germany and the hub of the A320 Family. Four FAL lines, plus structural and equipment assembly, are located here. The site also focuses on cabin development and training. Structure Assembly and Modifications on the Airbus A380
During final assembly, we carried out replacements and adjustments of fuselage panels after test flights, as well as corrections to seat rails, floor panels, and fluid systems. Outstanding work packages from Hamburg were seamlessly integrated into the production flow—without delays to the assembly line.
Tool Management
In Toulouse, we operate an integrated Tool Shop for Airbus with over-the-counter service. Every day, more than 7,000 tool movements are handled there—our team provides direct access, coordinates repairs, and manages reorders in close cooperation with Airbus. This minimizes any risk of production downtime.
At the final assembly lines of the A320, A321, A330, and A350, we also run six warehouses and ancillary facilities. Here, our 30 logistics specialists handle more than 60,000 parts and tools daily, ensuring smooth production and timely deliveries
