FAQs Office Clerk Job Openings

You keep aerospace projects on track organizationally and commercially. This includes creating quotes and orders in the ERP, maintaining master data, coordinating schedules and travel, checking documents and invoices, creating delivery notes, and tracking orders and service cases. You structure internal and external communication, consolidate information for engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, and provide reports, analyses, and status updates. In export-relevant processes, you prepare shipping and customs documents and coordinate schedules with freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers. Because we work according to certified standards, you consistently ensure clean documentation, traceability, and on-time filing within defined processes (e.g., ISO 9001). Depending on the area, you also take on evaluations of schedule adherence and service levels, support budget and forecast processes, and maintain KPIs in dashboards. You work closely with quality and operations when it comes to complaints, deviations, and improvement measures. Your contribution is concretely measurable: clean data, stable processes, reliable figures.

Assignments take place internally at ARTS Group or in project teams at OEMs, MROs, and suppliers. Typical areas: Service and After Sales with contract and warranty handling, spare parts management, and active customer communication; procurement and order processing with quotation creation, purchase orders, and support for goods receipt and dispatch; supply chain and logistics support including ERP maintenance and shipping documents; accounting/controlling with document checks, invoicing, and data preparation; office management and project assistance for calendar, travel, and meeting organization as well as document management. In our Workforce Solutions, you also support administrative processes, e.g., assignment and training management in international projects.

You bring commercial training, routine in handling common ERP systems, strong German and good English. Accuracy, reliability, and understanding of industrial processes are essential, as you work within certified procedures and interface with production, quality, procurement, and logistics. Knowledge of export, shipping, and customs is advantageous, as is confident use of office applications. International collaboration requires clear communication across locations and time zones. In our selection process, we focus less on titles and more on solid practice: How do you prioritize parallel processes? How do you ensure data quality? How do you communicate briefly and clearly? Those who demonstrate this fit well into our projects.

We work exclusively in aerospace and cover the full lifecycle of aircraft—from manufacturing through operations and maintenance to project-based solutions. As an employee, you benefit from clear, certified processes, stable customer relationships, and the opportunity to work in international teams. ARTS Group offers consulting, workforce support, and complete project units—we are a technical partner, not just an intermediary.

We qualify based on need: ERP and process training, compliance training, and programs for personal development and leadership. Depending on the project, area-specific training is added, such as on quality, documentation, or export processes. The goal is to integrate you quickly and securely into our certified workflows and broaden your deployment range.

Our application process is straightforward and always transparent. You apply via the online form or by email. We match your profile with current and planned projects and provide prompt feedback. Skills, experience, and readiness to deploy are decisive; the process is clear and efficient and also considers international deployment options. If your qualification matches an ongoing or planned project, a structured technical interview follows. You then receive a decision with concrete key data on the task, team, deployment location, working time model, and compensation.

In addition to the option to work as a freelancer for ARTS Group, we offer numerous contract models, including permanent positions as well as project-based assignments, for example in the form of work packages or temporary project roles—depending on the area of responsibility, customer requirements, and your preference. Assignments can be national or international.

You work in international projects, with structured onboarding, plannable assignments, and fair pay. Certified processes create clarity and quality in day-to-day work; training ensures your development. Long-standing customer relationships and a clear aerospace focus provide stability and relevant work.

No. Qualifications, experience, and willingness to contribute are decisive. We support both entry-level talent and experienced professionals with tailored training and structured onboarding.
