Tasks

  • Contributing to the further development of the Business Management System (BMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS) at Airbus
  • Active participation in Process Management Teams (PMT) and ensuring the availability of relevant KPIs
  • Coordinating process implementation in operational areas as well as across various programs
  • Identifying and analyzing process issues and best practices, including escalation to the PMT when necessary
  • Supporting risk identification, preparation of risk mitigation plans, and documentation of process performance
  • Leading small-scale projects in the field of quality management
  • Creating and publishing process support documentation

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering or civil engineering)
  • Extensive professional experience in quality management, process improvement, process planning, and manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of project management and initial experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP) and total quality management
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle and SQL, confident use of Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least C1); knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (approximately once per quarter)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
