Tasks
- Contributing to the further development of the Business Management System (BMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS) at Airbus
- Active participation in Process Management Teams (PMT) and ensuring the availability of relevant KPIs
- Coordinating process implementation in operational areas as well as across various programs
- Identifying and analyzing process issues and best practices, including escalation to the PMT when necessary
- Supporting risk identification, preparation of risk mitigation plans, and documentation of process performance
- Leading small-scale projects in the field of quality management
- Creating and publishing process support documentation
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering or civil engineering)
- Extensive professional experience in quality management, process improvement, process planning, and manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of project management and initial experience with continuous improvement processes (CIP) and total quality management
- Basic knowledge of Oracle and SQL, confident use of Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1); knowledge of French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (approximately once per quarter)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
