We are currently looking for a dedicated Change and Process Manager for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at their Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this position, you will be responsible for the further development of logistics processes in the ARP system, coordinating IT demands, and ensuring compliance with strategic requirements – with a direct influence on supply chain and production logistics. Tasks
- Further development and management of efficient, sustainable, and standardized logistics processes
- Ensuring timely material supply for production
- Close cooperation with the ARP project team and internal stakeholders
- Validating business requirements and deriving standardized system solutions
- Defining and tracking process metrics, performance indicators, and compliance requirements
- Creating, prioritizing, and coordinating IT demands and business requirement dossiers
- Participating in central Scrum ceremonies such as PI planning and demos
Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, supply chain management/logistics, or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management and supply chain/logistics, as well as initial professional experience in IT systems
- Very good knowledge of process and change management
- Experience in aerostructures business processes and relevant external requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English (at least C1) and French skills are an advantage
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
