Tasks
- Providing telephone and written support to international customers in the area of sales and order management
- Complete order processing for series devices and new launches – from quotation to invoice
- Maintaining master data and checking customer orders, including delivery and payment terms
- Demand planning based on forecasts and customer orders
- Creating delivery notes and invoices, including performance tracking
- Optimization of existing processes and systems in cooperation with specialist departments
- Handling of escalations and complaints as an interface between customers and internal teams
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training with many years of professional experience
- Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk, in customer service, and experience in customer service or international sales
- Experience in aviation and order processing and basic knowledge of project management desirable
- In-depth user knowledge of MS Office and SAP SD is essential, and knowledge of S/4HANA is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
