Tasks
- Providing telephone and written support to international customers in the area of sales and order management
- Processing and monitoring the entire order process – from series devices to new series launches
- Preparing quotations, maintaining master data and checking customer orders for accuracy
- Demand planning for end devices based on forecasts and customer orders
- Preparing delivery notes and invoices, including delivery performance tracking
- Collaborating on the optimisation of internal processes and IT systems
- Acting as an interface in the event of escalations between customers and specialist departments
Qualifications
- Completed degree in economics or engineering or commercial training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of experience in customer service, order processing or international sales, ideally in aviation
- Very good knowledge of SAP (MM/SD module), MS Office; knowledge of S/4 HANA is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
