At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg Finkenwerder, you will support the production environment as a Project Documentation Administrator. In this role, you ensure that technical documentation such as work instructions and drawings are available on time, in full – and always where they are needed.

Tasks
- Print and distribute technical documents, including drawings and work instructions
- Transfer data to printing systems and manage the printing process
- Coordinate with reprographic service providers and handle both internal and external distribution
- Log and distribute incoming documentation related to the project
- Archive all project-related documentation according to internal standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as industrial clerk, IT systems management assistant, office communication specialist or equivalent commercial/technical qualification
- Extensive professional experience in technical documentation, IT user support, or administrative project roles
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Zamiz
- Fluent German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work fixed early shifts (approx. 06:30–14:00)
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
