Responsibilities
- User Support: Support end users with questions and problems regarding SAP roles and authorizations
- Authorization Analysis: Analyze authorization requests, identify and implement solutions
- Role Management: Create, update, and manage business roles in the SAP User Management Tool (SUMa)
- Workflow Monitoring: Monitor background workflows in SUMa to ensure smooth process execution
- Audit Support: Support external and internal audits with technical expertise and provision of required evidence
- Account Integrity: Ensure auditor accounts are active and up to date
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification, at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in IT / information systems, including at least three years in SAP User Management, SAP roles and authorizations
- Experience in the field of SAP audits / financial auditing is advantageous
- Required IT skills: Experience with NetWeaver, Security Weaver, GRC (especially SOD conflict checks)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience working in large IT landscapes and environments is required; ITIL certification and knowledge of SAP Fiori are advantageous
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
