For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a IT System Administrator, Operational Technology at the Laichingen site. You will actively shape the digitalisation of production by designing, integrating and maintaining production-related IT systems. As an interface between manufacturing and IT, you ensure stable and secure processes.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 47,556 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- System administration in the OT environment: Configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Network security: Control, update, and connect new end devices
- Hardware and software installation and preparation for productive use
- Monitoring & Alerting: Set up, maintain, and further develop monitoring solutions
- Automation: Drive the automation of deployments, system tasks, and build pipelines
- Technical support for complex system issues and interface function between production and IT
- Future topics: Co-design and integrate concepts such as AI-supported monitoring
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician, or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge in administering Windows and Linux servers
- Several years of experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, switches) and virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V)
- Experience in creating and maintaining PowerShell and batch scripts
- Business fluent German (at least C1), proficient English
- Independent working style, team skills, and a high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
