The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 23.12.2027. Responsibilities
- System administration: Management of modern IT systems, troubleshooting, and resolution of disruptions
- Support: Analysis and resolution of system errors in operation (L1 & L2)
- Infrastructure: Further development and implementation of IT infrastructure as well as its monitoring
- Installation: Independent commissioning of infrastructure systems with documentation and preparation for operation
- Operational security: Ensuring the operation of hardware and software applications, including updates
- User management: Administration of specialized applications
- Asset management: Ensuring the current data inventory for hardware, software, licenses, and maintenance contracts
- Service communication: Communication with customers and subcontractors regarding operational service aspects and incident management
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a completed degree in computer science or business informatics (at least Master or Diplom)
- Many years of professional experience in IT
- Experience with network servers and operating systems as well as knowledge in handling or configuring a switch
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure required; virtualization knowledge and CCNA certifications advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English skills
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and interdisciplinary team as well as independent and structured working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
