Tasks

  • Management of (sub)projects for the digitalization and automation of the KPI landscape
  • Creation and maintenance of dashboards and monitoring systems, including automatic alerts
  • Collaboration on the EDD data strategy and promotion of a company-wide data culture
  • Analysis and visualization of production data, including root cause analysis and scenario modeling
  • Interface management with central IT, methods & tools, and external partners
  • Specification development, testing, and industrialization of data-based applications
  • Organization and implementation of upskilling sessions to promote data literacy within the team

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, economics, data science, or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, IT/information systems, and production planning
  • Additional experience in quality management, work preparation, supply chain, or production control
  • Experience with lean methods, value stream analysis, and agile project management
  • Knowledge of change management and communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of Python, Pyspark, SQL, Business Warehouse, Palantir Foundry, and Spotfire
  • Business fluent German and English (at least C1 in each), French desirable
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
