Responsibilities


  • Data Analysis: Analyze and validate material demand forecasts based on customer orders and planning data
  • Procurement Planning: Ensure and control inventory levels and material availability
  • Interface Management: Act as a central point of contact, collaborating with departments such as product management, customer order desk, procurement, quality, warehouse, and logistics
  • Process Optimization: Actively support improvement and optimization measures within the supply chain
  • Information Flow: Coordinate and ensure the exchange between all involved stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering or in the fields of Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry
  • Several years of experience in the fields of supply chain, logistics, as well as data analysis and data management
  • Proficient use of SAP (advanced application knowledge) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent English (at least C1); German language skills are an advantage
  • CV in English language required
  • Strong communication skills, structured and results-oriented working style, as well as high resilience and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
