Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to enable informed business decisions
- Data Processing: Process raw data and ensure data quality, for example by using Skywise
- Statistical Modeling: Apply analytical and statistical techniques to datasets and transition them into sustainable database solutions
- Data Visualization: Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to clearly communicate results and visualize critical insights such as spend analyses
- Process Optimization: Identify key levers for continuous improvement and measure performance within procurement workflows
- Digitalization: Drive and implement automation and digitalization initiatives across all procurement and supply chain management processes
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and executive dashboards to visualize performance KPIs
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and management as the interface between business functions and the data ecosystem
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, IT/information systems, process improvement, and data analysis
- Detailed specialist knowledge of Python, SQL, SAP, and JavaScript
- Good knowledge of project management and risk management
- Proficient German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
- Experience in querying relational databases (R and/or SPSS) and with Skywise is a plus
- Stakeholder management experience
- Analytical mindset, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
