Responsibilities
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design and implement recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, or Skywise
- Data Integration (ETL): Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to ensure integrity and consistency
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and provide clear interpretations
- Requirements Management: Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Infrastructure Optimization: Maintain and optimize existing reporting infrastructure for efficiency and scalability
- Data Quality: Develop and implement quality checks and validation processes to ensure report accuracy
- Presentation: Prepare and present reports to stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Data Governance: Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Data Analysis
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are a plus
- CV in English required
- Teamwork, communication skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
