You will ensure the smooth flow of information, analyze weaknesses in the manufacturing process, and work closely with internal and external partners on an equal footing. Tasks

  • Monitoring supplier performance (Airbus Atlantic, ASA) and data analysis for performance evaluation
  • Planning and conducting quality and process assessments with international partners
  • Helping to shape service level agreements and coordinating technical improvements in FAL processes
  • Managing disruptions in the supply chain and developing recovery plans
  • Monitoring FAL performance along quality gates, including root cause analysis and derivation of improvement measures
  • Advising FAL departments on process optimization and moderating quality gates
  • Phase-based management of subprojects and reporting on the status of several aircraft in the production process

Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree, e.g. Engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering (at least technician/specialist)
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing, aircraft construction, and aerospace
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering as well as production planning and control
  • Basic knowledge of project management, change management, total quality management, and the use of databases
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1), proficient in English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
