Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Analyze and manage legal risks associated with aircraft deliveries
- Customer Relationships: Nurture and actively manage global relationships with customers and financiers
- Financial Targets: Contribute directly to Airbus's financial targets by managing exceptions such as delays
- Documentation: Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on aircraft financing
- Price Calculation & Payment: Calculate the final aircraft price, issue invoices accordingly, and ensure payment
- Closing Management: Manage the delivery closing for the transfer of title of the aircraft to the customer
- Representation: Represent Airbus at official and social events with customers
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in contract management, Airbus experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of handling English-language contracts and data analysis
- Very good knowledge of MS-Excel and experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Good customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style as well as teamwork skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
