Responsibilities
- Schedule and day-to-day business management for senior management
- Inbox and action tracking handled systematically
- Visitor support including room and catering organization
- Onboarding of new employees providing organizational support
- IT and facility contact managing administrative processes
- Time recording and approvals maintained responsibly in the CATS system
- Meeting and event organization as well as order processing
- Project support for supervisors and team leaders, including smaller independent projects
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training (at least vocational qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant role
- Experience in project management
- IT skills: SAP knowledge advantageous, interest in new systems such as Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Organized, proactive way of working and team skills
- Communication skills and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
