Responsibilities
- Lean Management: Implement strategies, structures, and processes across various production areas
- Process optimization: Analyze, evaluate, and improve departmental processes
- Method development: Further develop internal Lean know-how in collaboration with production management
- Coaching: Train managers on Lean methods and tools
- Improvement projects: Identify concrete improvement topics and implement them together with the production area
- Workshops: Organize, lead, and follow up on events
- Project management: Independently manage smaller sub-projects
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management and process improvement
- Experience in a production environment is mandatory
- Proficient use of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of Change Management; basic knowledge of KAIZEN and Lean Management; Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous
- Business fluent in German (at least C1); proficient in English (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style; pronounced communication skills; high level of persuasiveness and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
