Responsibilities
- Project Management: Active contribution to business improvement and digitalization projects in Supply Chain Quality
- Process Consulting: Operational support and guidance for the PIC organization on processes, methods, and tools
- Process Optimization: Structuring and identifying improvement projects in a cross-functional environment
- Digital Transformation: Driving and supporting digital transformation in the areas of data analytics, processes, and tools
- Business Relationships: Maintaining and expanding contacts at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling/material procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain/logistics
- Good knowledge of project management and process management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience with technologies such as AI and robotic process automation (RPA) is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, independent working style, and strong communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
