Responsibilities
- Assisting project management with scheduling and milestone tracking
- Preparing management documents and effective presentations (particularly PowerPoint)
- Preparing, facilitating, and documenting workshops, including meeting minutes and, if necessary, moderation
- Providing organizational and technical support for communication and change initiatives
- Structuring, maintaining, and archiving project-related documentation in an audit-proof manner
- Visualizing schedules and roadmaps and adjusting them after consultation with stakeholders
Qualifications
- A degree in business administration is preferred, e.g., business administration, economics, or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a relevant field
- At least 6 months of experience in project management
- Ideally, experience in change management or a strong interest in the field
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient German language skills (min. B2) and business-level English proficiency (min. C1)
- Successful completion of standard project management training courses
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
