At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Project Manager Business Partner to strategically manage projects in the field of Industrial Enablement. Responsibilities
- Project Control: Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data for strategic decision-making
- Program Planning: Creation and management of project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
- Risk Management: Identification, assessment, and control of project risks and opportunities
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking of milestones, controlling project performance, and reporting
- Process Implementation: Management and optimization of project management processes and tools
- Phase Reviews: Conducting and supporting reviews to ensure project objectives are met
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Aeronautics and Astronautics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and project management
- Experience in the aerospace industry and knowledge of Airbus advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (approximately once a month within Northern Germany)
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and ability to work independently
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
