We are seeking a Project Manager Construction & Infrastructure for our client, Lufthansa Technik AG, at their Hamburg location. You will oversee new construction, renovations, and upgrades for infrastructure and utility systems—with a keen eye for deadlines, costs, quality, and permits. Apply now!

Responsibilities
- Evaluating and optimizing buildings and structural facilities in accordance with legal and economic requirements
- Planning, monitoring, and implementing cross-site new construction and renovation projects for infrastructure and utility facilities (e.g., hangars, production facilities)
- Developing and managing modernization measures, including schedule, cost, and quality targets
- Creating and implementing maintenance and repair plans for structural facilities
- Providing technical consulting to production departments and equipment planners on construction projects
- Conducting feasibility studies and preparing project proposals and permit applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in managing and executing complex construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, such as the Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers, the Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the Fee Schedule, and building codes
- Good understanding of business management principles
- Business-level proficiency in German (min. C1) and advanced proficiency in English (min. B1)
- Willingness to pursue professional development and to work both domestically and abroad
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
