Responsibilities


  • Project Control: Perform planning, control, and monitoring tasks for complex projects according to technical and economic targets
  • Offer Creation: Process customer inquiries, create offers and price calculations, and prepare offer documentation for customers and internal purposes
  • Operational Scheduling: Plan and coordinate project sequences and resources considering deadlines, personnel, and materials
  • Order Control: Monitor project progress regarding deadlines and costs, analyze deviations, and propose corrective measures
  • Customer Communication: Maintain constant contact with customers and coordinate deliveries and deadlines with internal and external parties
  • Project Reporting: Maintain order portfolio and departmental tools (SWOP, ZEUS, JIRA, Confluence) and prepare data for regular reporting
  • Process Optimization: Determine key business figures, analyze deviations, and propose measures for cost controlling
  • Export Control: Contribute to and coordinate the implementation of export and ITAR control requirements for various weapon systems


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Good experience in project planning, qualification management, and/or export control activities including ITAR
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office; knowledge of Confluence/Jira is desirable; SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Resilience, stress resistance, as well as a structured, analytical, and independent way of working
  • High level of initiative, commitment, communication skills, and teamwork
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
