Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Data migration from QlikSense to Skywise as well as setup and maintenance of dashboards
- AI Integration: Application of generative AI in operational processes and building a GEM library
- Project Management: Responsibility for project setup, planning, execution, closure, and operational follow-up
- Process Optimization: Revision and improvement of business processes through updating tools and methods
- Integrative Planning: Developing a deep understanding of business and process workflows
- Risk Management: Identification and management of project risks and opportunities
- Performance Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and steering of project performance
Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical degree (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of experience in data analysis and programming
- Initial experience in project management
- Proficient handling of the programming languages Python, Java, and SQL
- Basic skills in German; business fluent English (at least C1)
- Good knowledge of change management; basic knowledge of project and risk management
- Communication skills, analytical thinking, and independent way of working
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
