Responsibilities


  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Data migration from QlikSense to Skywise as well as setup and maintenance of dashboards
  • AI Integration: Application of generative AI in operational processes and building a GEM library
  • Project Management: Responsibility for project setup, planning, execution, closure, and operational follow-up
  • Process Optimization: Revision and improvement of business processes through updating tools and methods
  • Integrative Planning: Developing a deep understanding of business and process workflows
  • Risk Management: Identification and management of project risks and opportunities
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and steering of project performance


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical degree (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of experience in data analysis and programming
  • Initial experience in project management
  • Proficient handling of the programming languages Python, Java, and SQL
  • Basic skills in German; business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Good knowledge of change management; basic knowledge of project and risk management
  • Communication skills, analytical thinking, and independent way of working
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
