Tasks
Responsibility for the identification, evaluation and implementation of sustainability projects, including the development of a roadmap
Preparation of specifications, acquisition of budgets and selection of appropriate suppliers
Ongoing project reporting and maintenance of stakeholder management
Monitoring of contractual performance parameters, organization of maintenance and repair activities
Collaboration with Technical Utilities and Facility Management
Reporting to the Head of Technical Utilities & Sustainability
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in engineering or environmental technology, or another comparable technical discipline
- Several years of professional experience in project management, supplier management, and in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
- Experience in stakeholder management is required; experience in planning energy technology systems is desirable
- Initial user experience with SAP and Click’n Buy (BySide); confident use of Google Workspace
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Analytical and structured working style – ability to quickly understand processes, coordinate efficiently, and achieve objectives on time
- Strong communication and leadership skills – confident demeanor, negotiation abilities, and flexibility when working with stakeholders at all levels
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely required
