Responsibilities


  • Project management for product industrialization projects – responsible from planning to monitoring
  • Project leadership of cross-functional projects from tendering to series delivery
  • Technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams
  • Reporting to steering committees and management levels on project status
  • Project controlling including budget management and cost monitoring
  • Risk management conducted proactively throughout the entire product lifecycle


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering, a technical field, or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
  • Several years of practical experience in project management and process improvement
  • Experience in aircraft manufacturing is a significant advantage
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Project and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and an independent way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
