Responsibilities


  • Performance and Process Control: Ensuring and continuously improving physical logistics management, as well as implementing KPIs for performance, cost, quality, and environment
  • Logistics Solutions: Applying and controlling Airbus logistics processes, rules, and guidelines for all physical logistics activities
  • Problem Solving and Optimization: Driving solutions through efficient escalation processes and initiating local improvement initiatives
  • Contract and Budget Management: Harmonized contract administration, budget calculation and monitoring, and correct contract application by suppliers and Airbus
  • Stakeholder Management: Aligning logistics processes with internal requirements, implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and anticipating stakeholder needs
  • Risk and Quality Management: Conducting risk analyses, root cause investigations, planning countermeasures, and participating in corporate audits
  • Infrastructure and Space Optimization: Contributing to the development of logistics infrastructure and optimizing end-to-end logistics solutions


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain / Logistics, or comparable qualification as a certified technician/specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management and supply chain / logistics
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, as well as a high degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
